Dementia Advice through Health Link, helps ease the stress by providing compassionate advice about living with dementia. Dementia Advice can: Listen to your story; Suggest strategies to help manage dementia-related challenges; Recommend supports and assistance; Facilitate long term support and Provide self-care tips for caregivers. You can dial 811 for free, confidential, 24/7, dementia expertise and advice.
