The latest LV Colormania travel collection boldly introduces these rainbow hues in tribute to the chromatic coding of the Louis Vuitton City Guide series, which this year marks its 25th anniversary. As early as 1914, following the intentions of the thirdgeneration leader, Gaston-Louis Vuitton, LV stores worldwide provided customers with reading material that introduced local attractions, shopping and dining—a testament to the brand’s adventurous spirit. The “City Guides” were officially launched in 1998, evolving into a series with extensive content. Moreover, each guide is adorned with colours harmonizing with the distinct characteristics of different cities. In homage rainbow colours now grace the pieces in the LV Colormania collection, ideal for mixing, matching and composing a personalized travel style in seven prismatic shades—red, orange, yellow, green, blue, pink and purple. The collection features the iconic Horizon cabin luggage, Keepall travel bag and Christopher backpack as well as passport covers and other essentials in the emblematic Monogram Macassar canvas, which are now finished with trimmings crafted in boldcoloured leather. In counterpoint, statement-making solids embossed in Taurillon Monogram leather are available for the Horizon, the Keepall, the Steamer wearable wallet and travel-friendly Pocket Organizer. Larger zipped pieces, like carry-ons, a vanity case and a Dopp kit, and the mini Keepall key holder keep the good vibes going with an inner lining in textile dyed to match the outer accent colour.
