Their R&D restaurant in Toronto’s Chinatown wowed the city with its modern-style Chinese cuisine. When the Michelin guide finally came to Canada in 2022, R & D won the coveted Michelin Bib Gourmand recognition, two years in a row. But the young chef is not complacent.
