Step 7 蒸盤塗油,注入蘿蔔糊,灑上剩餘臘腸混合物, 用大火蒸45至60分鐘,放涼後置雪櫃保存。 Grease the steaming pan, pour the turnip paste, sprinkle the remaining preserved sausage mixture, steam over high heat for 45 to 60 minutes, let cool and store in the refrigerator.
